Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition:
The roll must be unused and in its original condition.
If the material has been unrolled, re-taped incorrectly, or cut, it cannot be returned.
Packaging:
The roll must be returned securely taped and inside the original packaging.
Shipping:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a prepaid return label.
There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or the roll was not unrolled.
